Having been a trial lawyer for more than twenty-five (25) years in state and federal trial courts, I handle cases from initial assignment and preliminary investigation (from as early as the day after the alleged occurrence) through completion, to include several cases through various appellate levels. I have argued cases before both the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals (Cincinnati, Ohio) and the Indiana Court of Appeals (Indianapolis).

I am licensed to practice before all state courts in Indiana, Kentucky, and Texas; the U.S. District Courts for the Southern Indiana and Western Kentucky Districts; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit; U.S. Army Court of Review; and the U.S. Supreme Court. I have jury trial experience in both Indiana and Kentucky trial courts in various counties and jurisdictions.
